MoveView

MoveView unites agents, clients, and conveyancers into a single real-time network. Bringing transparency and streamlined communication to every UK property transaction.

Stage 1

Ideation

Selling my second UK property took six months, even with no chain. As a product manager, I saw the real issue: a fragmented process with no shared view of progress. So I mapped the journey and set the product strategy.

Stage 2

Discovery

I held 20 customer and industry conversations and ran an independent 50-person survey to find where sales stall and frustration builds. The feedback on the problem was positive, but it didn't prove that businesses would pay.

  1. Estate agent

    Less chasing across the chain

“If you're in a chain then it sometimes ends up on us to sort of do all that. All the chasing.”

  2. Conveyancer

    One place to see updates

“Can you imagine having 80 to 100 files going on at one time? And you've got three people on each one contacting you. It's just a nightmare.”

Stage 3

Prototyping

I built the full-spec prototype first to test the whole North Star vision. I then stripped it back on usability, feasibility and viability, with one goal: quick distribution and adoption. The MVP is the foundation for the North Star, not a separate product.

Validation

The open question is commercial: will estate agents pay for this? I'm running demos with UK agents to find out, and using Claude to review the calls objectively. That review will inform a commercial go or no-go decision on the build.

Go-to-market

Go-to-market combines founder-led, build-in-public content on LinkedIn, targeted DMs to UK estate agents and a cold email automation I built with Make.com.

Make.com automation with five steps: Google Sheets finds rows, Claude writes a prompt, Gmail sends an email, a 20 second pause, then Google Sheets updates the row.

Stage 6 · next

Build

The product strategy moves from a lean MVP to a long-term North Star. The MVP focuses on the core foundation and early adoption, with each later phase building on proven demand.

The Strategic Arc

  1. The Foundation

    Lean MVP

A focused core product built to drive adoption and start the network effect.

  2. The Scale

    Intelligent Automation

Trusted automation that removes manual work as adoption grows.

  3. The North Star

    Connected Infrastructure

Direct data integration across the whole transaction, for a faster and more transparent sale.
